It is the story of December 2015. Many of us are engaging in the challenge of weight loss within 12 months. It was the part of our ongoing ‘I Lost Weight’ series. Every week, the fitness experts discovered an unknown love of fitness. They revamped dietary habits and took care to remove negative thoughts from the participants’ mind. All of them reached their weight-loss goal after completing the journey of non-stop 12 months. There were 30 people with us as participants. After finishing the session of the series, they were able to cut off 3200 pounds together. They had not to follow any hard and fast rule except maintaining diet. Now, they feel that their lifestyle is healthier than the previous lifestyle.
